Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales manager to join our team in Florida. Your responsibilities in this role will include developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. Our ideal candidate will showcase a proven track record in sales, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Find new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent customer service delivery
Prepare and deliver client and senior management presentations
Develop and implement sales training programs for the sales team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in a sales management role
Demonstrated success in hitting and surpassing sales goals
Possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills and the capacity to form relationships with clients
Outstanding negotiating and closing abilities
Utilizing time management techniques to balance work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
