That didn’t feel right.

PoloPay – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is PoloPay?

PoloPay is a fast-payment service from Polo 4PL that allows approved carriers and vendors to receive payouts faster — We offer Same-Day Pay and Instant Pay options, with payments processed within 24 to 72 business hours. — instead of waiting for standard payment terms.

Who can use PoloPay?

PoloPay is available to active and approved carriers and vendors working with Polo 4PL. Eligibility is based on account standing, performance, and compliance.

How do I use PoloPay?

After completing your load, upload all required documents (POD, BOL, etc.) through the Polo X app. If submitted before 12 PM PT, your payment may be processed the same business day.

What documents are required?

To qualify for payment, you must upload:

Proof of Delivery (POD)
Signed Bill of Lading (BOL)
Any additional documents requested for the shipment

How fast will I get paid?

48-72 business hours from document upload time, submissions before 12 PM PT qualify for same day document processing.

Are there any fees?

Yes — a flat fee or small percentage may apply to PoloPay transactions. You’ll always see the fee before confirming the payment. There are no hidden charges.

Do I need to sign a contract or assign my invoices?

No! PoloPay does not require any contracts, liens, or UCC filings. You stay in full control of your business.

What happens if my documents are incomplete or late?

Payments may be delayed if required paperwork is missing, inaccurate, or submitted after the daily cut-off. Make sure to review your uploads before submitting.

Can I still use standard payment terms?

Absolutely. PoloPay is optional. If you prefer standard payment terms, no action is required — you’ll be paid as usual based on your agreement with Polo 4PL.
