Telemundo and Peacock needed their Copa Mundial FIFA 2026 branded activation container in downtown Los Angeles before the opening match. We handled port pickup, flatbed cross-dock, and precision last-mile delivery through the heart of the city — on deadline, no damage, no drama.
The Challenge
With the world’s eyes on Los Angeles for the FIFA World Cup 2026, our customer needed a large-format branded activation container picked up from port, transported across the city, and placed at a high-visibility public plaza in downtown LA — all before June 11.
The container was wrapped in premium full-surface branding for Telemundo, Peacock, and FIFA. It required oversized transport, careful handling to protect the print, and delivery to a downtown site with limited staging space. There was no room for a late truck or a scraped panel. The event was going live regardless.
How We Moved It
Step 1.
Port Pickup
We coordinated directly with the terminal for same-day release. The container required specialized handling to protect its wrap — we made sure it left the port in the same condition it arrived.
Step 2.
Flatbed Cross-Dock
At our facility, the container was transferred from port chassis to flatbed. Our team inspected the wrap, used custom tie-down points to avoid contact damage, and staged it for the final run into the city.
Step 3.
Special Delivery, Downtown LA
Navigating an oversized flatbed through downtown LA takes coordination, not just a route. We worked directly with the customer’s on-site team to place the container precisely on their activation footprint — set, leveled, and ready before the event crew arrived.
