How can I track my freight shipment?
Most carriers provide online tracking. LTL uses a PRO number that appears on the BOL and labels. Enter it on the carrier’s site for status updates such as pickup, terminal arrivals and departures, and delivery. Brokers and platforms may offer a unified tracking portal. Truckload updates may come via GPS links or driver check-ins. International shipments use container, bill of lading, or air waybill numbers. You can also request email notifications for key milestones.
